Rosh Hanikra Grottoes regards accessibility as part of the service itself, and not as an addition to it. This page gathers what has been done on the site and at the location, and how to contact us if something did not work.

The site was built so that it can be used both with a keyboard alone and with a screen reader. These are the things that were actually tested:
Accessibility on the site is ongoing work. If you came across an element that did not work for you, contacting us is what gets it fixed.
The Rosh Hanikra site is only partially accessible. The accessibility bridge, about 100 metres long, leads comfortably to the cable car that descends to the grottoes complex. The grottoes, because they were naturally carved into the rock, are not fully accessible. You can enter by wheelchair as far as the first grotto and view it from above, as well as part of the second grotto. At that point you need to turn back with the wheelchair, as the rest of the route involves a narrow passage and steps. The film and the toilets are accessible.
Before arriving with a particular accessibility need, it is worth calling us and arranging it. We will be able to tell you what is suitable and what is less so, rather than surprising you on the spot.
We want to know. An accessibility enquiry is handled like a service fault, not like a comment.
Accessibility officer: Guy Lavi. You can reach them by phone on 073-2710100 or through the form above.
